Situated in the southeast of the Vienne department of France, this detached property is immediately habitable with a lovely sunny patio to the rear.  Lathus St Remy has 3 fishing lakes and various other activities, including climbing, mountain biking, archery and cave exploration next to the Gartempe River.  In July and August there is also yachting, wind surfing, kayaking, water biking and catamaran on the lake.  Le Roc d'Enfer (Hell's Rocks) is one of the best spots on the Gartempe and has already hosted many international canoeing/kayaking events.  There are impressive walks along the rapids as well as around 30 climbing trails (from 1 to 20 metres) on the granite cliffs overlooking les Portes de l'Enfer (Hell’s Doors).
