L' Isle Jourdain is considered one of the most beautiful sites in the Vienne Valley.  The activities offered are numerous and diverse and there is even a leisure lake.  Chardes Lace with its water-skiing centre offer introduction to and advanced water-skiing classes, speedboat racing, baby-ski (for children ages 5 - 10) and a children's play area.  The magnificent viaduct is now used for walks and bungee jumping.  In close proximity there is the Val de Vienne Car and Motorcycle Centre in Le Vigeant - thrills guaranteed as you race around the track for the first time or watch one of the many prestigious races that take place here.  Moussac and its canoe-kayak centre offer canoe and kayak rentals, hiking, water and mountain bike outings, which can be organised all year round
